January 2012 highlights:
reviving coffee from Bean & Bean
Hen Night and lunch with sister at Pound & Pence
dinner with a visiting friend at Spice (her favorite, not mine)
a pleasant afternoon at the movies with my parents
Not a very exciting January 2011.
Highlights included:
Discovering the most delightful lattes at the Swedish FIKA Espresso Bar
Discovering Eataly’s hot chocolate — rich, but doesn’t make you feel sick like City Bakery’s
Buying two decadent lingerie sets from Journelle
A low-key drinking session with old friends at Wined Up
I still can’t believe how quickly January came and went. Too much snow and work, and not enough fun.
